Unfortunately the main cause of pathologies to the structure are caused by water infiltration, once this type of action occurs due to the weather, whether it be excessive rainfall or the delay in draining areas with a high volume of water, what we call capillarity will occur, this phenomenon causes the water or humidity to rise through the structure and reach the closing of the building, which for now is executed with frame, wood, blanket, and stucco, the moisture reaching the wood, makes cause it to deform and with the high temperature it will swell, causing it to start cracking the stucco and thus allowing more water to enter the structure, if this is not detected as soon as possible, there may even be damage to health caused by moisture bacteria, for this reason, we detect this pathology, and restore the structure so as not to further compromise the building and, above all, we value people’s health.

Londri Solutions is a Remodeling and Painting company with more than 20 years of experience in civil construction, HOA projects in condominiums and commercial projects. The owner is a civil engineer who brings more than 7 years of experience from another country. We are committed to the long-term satisfaction to our customers.
Who I'am
I come from a family that has always worked in civil construction.
I couldn’t stop following the same path, from a very young age I learned everything that was passed on to me and always looking for more learning on my own, to improve even more as a professional, working directly in civil construction.
I saw that I could expand my knowledge, that’s when I joined, in a school of technical courses in buildings with an emphasis on civil construction. I got an internship in one of the largest construction companies in Brazil.
My knowledge directly in the work was fundamental for me to develop very technically, we built houses, subdivisions, infrastructure works , works for the city, schools, among others, completing the technical course, I was soon promoted, and the beginning of my dream began, I already had a practical knowledge and started a theoretical knowledge.
But it did not stop there, a new challenge was proposed, I joined a university to start the much desired dream that was to become a civil engineer, five years of a lot of effort and dedication, I concluded successfully, the dream was fulfilled.
Again I went to work in another of the largest construction companies in the country, we built allotment works, complete infrastructure, and works for the sanitation sectors for the city.
Now here I am, for a new challenge, studying English, and looking for an opportunity to show how much I can help in this country, I hope to be able to contribute a lot with my professional experience, which is already more than 20 years in civil construction, something that I chose for my life, after all, we always end up building dreams!
